POSITION SUMMARY
The main role of the Admin Assistant is to provide support to the main office in Snohomish, WA. This will occur through hands-on tasks (weekly requests from Sales Team, incoming client requests, updating relevant customer & product information) along with some general marketing support for lead generation. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a positive can-do attitude are key to success in this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome guests at the Snohomish office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Ensure reception area, showroom areas, and restrooms are tidy, presentable and stocked with all necessary materials.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Maintain Snohomish office Inventory of brochure packets, stationary, thank you cards, etc.
  • Support Sales team with sales process as assigned.
  • Data Entry support for order processing.

EDUCATION
  • High school diploma or GED.
Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
EXPERIENCE
  • At least one year of administrative or customer service experience
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license for state in which you are applying and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
SOFTWARE / EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE
  • Microsoft Office Suite
