Landscape Foreman

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a crew and ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This is a working foreman position — you will be actively involved in the work while managing your team. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a landscape crew Perform and oversee maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, cleanup) Execute landscape installation projects (planting, irrigation, sod, etc.) Ensure quality control on all job sites Train crew members and enforce safety standards Communicate daily with management on job status and needs Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment Requirements (Please Read Before Applying) Minimum 3 years landscaping experience Minimum 1 year in a leadership/foreman role Valid driver's license (required) Experience running a crew and managing job sites Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment Basic irrigation knowledge Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors daily Preferred (Not Required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Clean driving record What We're Looking For Shows up on time and ready to work Takes ownership of job sites and crew performance Communicates clearly and solves problems without constant oversight Leads by example — not from the truck Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Consistent, year-round work Opportunity for advancement
