Landscape Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and installation Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within quality standards Manage lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing and aeration Ensure safety protocols are followed during all construction, gardening, and maintenance activities Train and mentor crew members on proper horticultural techniques and equipment use Experience Proven supervising experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance roles Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields Strong experience in lawn care practices, and tree care techniques Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as patios or retaining walls Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with equipment operation including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors Join us to lead vibrant outdoor transformations! Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
