Landscape Laborer

Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing irrigation systems Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, and snow plowing during appropriate seasons Support landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, tree trimming, and garden care to ensure healthy growth Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, trenching, and installing hardscape features Use equipment like excavators for larger projects under supervision while adhering to safety protocols Perform routine landscape upkeep including fertilizing, watering, and pest control to promote vibrant outdoor spaces Help with construction of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other features Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools Experience with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration Strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques and horticulture principles Ability to handle hand tools effectively for planting, pruning, and general landscape work Familiarity with operating machinery like excavators or other construction equipment is a plus Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment Basic understanding of irrigation systems installation and maintenance Ability to perform gardening tasks with attention to detail and safety standards Experience in snow plowing operations during winter months is advantageous Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Join us in shaping stunning landscapes while developing your skills in landscaping, horticulture, construction, and maintenance.
