Landscape Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining stunning outdoor environments. Duties Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and tree care activities to ensure high-quality results. Lead a team of landscapers, providing clear instructions, training, and support to optimize productivity. Oversee landscaping construction projects from start to finish, including site preparation, planting, irrigation installation, and hardscape work. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained. Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools and machinery are used properly and safely. Assist with planning and executing landscape designs by collaborating with clients or design teams. Support the ongoing health of landscapes through horticulture best practices and routine maintenance. Skills

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HARDSCAPE, SOFT SCAPE, NEW INSTALLATION, AND SNOW SERVICES

Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, construction, or horticulture. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Strong knowledge of tree care practices and irrigation systems installation and maintenance. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Familiarity with gardening techniques, plant health management, and general landscape upkeep. Ability to assess project needs accurately and prioritize tasks efficiently. Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors.
