Landscape Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Install Foreman to join our residential landscaping company in Irving, Texas. This position is responsible for leading installation crews and overseeing the successful completion of residential landscape and outdoor construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in landscape installation, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to manage crews, materials, and daily job site operations while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on residential projects Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule Read and interpret landscape plans and installation layouts Oversee installation of landscaping, irrigation, drainage, sod, plants, hardscape, lighting, and outdoor living features Operate landscaping equipment and ensure proper use of tools and machinery Train and mentor crew members on installation procedures and safety practices Ensure quality control and maintain company workmanship standards Communicate with project managers regarding job progress, materials, and field issues Monitor job site safety and enforce company safety policies Maintain organized, clean, and professional job sites Track labor hours, materials, and daily production Ensure customer satisfaction throughout project completion Qualifications 3+ years of experience in residential landscape installation or landscape construction Previous experience leading crews or supervising job sites preferred Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, drainage, grading, and hardscape installation Ability to read landscape designs and construction plans Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must Have Valid driver's license Must be eligible to work in the United States Required Skills Landscape Installation Crew Leadership Irrigation & Drainage Systems Hardscape Construction Equipment Operation Project Coordination Quality Control Safety Compliance Time Management Problem Solving Preferred Education High school diploma or GED preferred Technical certifications in landscaping, irrigation, or equipment operation are a plus The Perks 401K with company match Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Paid-Time Off Holiday Pay Recognition programs and performance bonuses Continuing education and industry involvement opportunities At Colleague, we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, marital status, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
