Landscape Foreman

Overview:

Key leadership role responsible for supervising and scheduling crews, managing daily, high-end residential property maintenance and installations. Ensure projects meet strict quality standards, maintain machinery and communicate with clients. Re-location assistance for the right candidate. Compensation based upon experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule, supervise and train crews, delegating daily tasks and ensuring high quality workmanship. Execute landscape designs, including planting and irrigation installation. Ability to read plans is a plus. Organize job sites, manage materials and ensure maintenance of trucks, trailers and equipment. Maintain daily job logs, timesheets and project documentation. Act as the primary on-site contact for clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong communication skills Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant identification and pest control. Proficient in IPM is a must. 3A certification is ideal but not required.

Equipment Operation:

Proficient in operating machinery such as skidsteers, snowplows, chainsaws and blowers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in landscaping, hardscaping or construction. 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Pay:

$27.14 - $32.69 per hour
