Job Description

Overview Oversee daily administrative operations for a landscape/masonry company, serving as the central link between clients, crews and management. Key duties include scheduling crews managing client communication, processing payroll/invoicing, and maintain project documentation. This role ensures efficiency and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Compensation based upon experience. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day tasks, front desk operations, answer phones, handle communications and maintain organized files for contracts and permits. Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and general ledger reconciliation to maintain precise financial records. Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communication. Prepare journal entries, conduct balance sheet reconciliation, and handle double-entry bookkeeping to ensure the integrity of financial statements. Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and governmental accounting requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and administrative documents while supporting office operations such as scheduling, correspondence, and supply management. Work directly with the Principal and assist with his day to day tasks. Experience Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks; familiarity with financial software is essential. Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation accurately. Skilled in accounts payable/receivable management, journal entries, and general ledger accounting processes. Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. This role offers an engaging environment where your expertise will directly impact organizational success. Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook 5+ years of administrative leadership. Ability to read CAD is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$25.89 - $31.18 per hour
