Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Landscape Foreman/Laborer to lead and support our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscaping crews to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to high standards of quality Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and lawn care Assist with construction activities such as installing hardscapes, planting beds, retaining walls, and irrigation systems Provide expert tree care including pruning, removal, and health assessments Maintain gardens and horticultural features by applying best practices in gardening and horticulture Oversee equipment operation, routine maintenance, and safety protocols to ensure smooth workflow Support irrigation system installation and troubleshooting to ensure optimal watering efficiency Mentor team members in landscaping techniques, safety procedures, and customer service Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping projects, or related construction work Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and pest control Familiarity with tree care techniques such as pruning and health assessments Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Understanding of irrigation systems installation and repair processes Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment Solid background in gardening, horticulture, and general landscape design principles Commitment to safety standards and maintenance protocols for tools and machinery Join us in shaping vibrant outdoor spaces!
