Wallace and Sons is seeking a dependable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to join our team. This position involves long-haul routes, delivering freight safely and on time while maintaining professionalism and compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities:
Operate a semi-truck for long-distance (OTR) hauls Transport freight safely and efficiently to assigned destinations Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate driver logs and paperwork Follow all DOT regulations and company policies Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates Ensure cargo is properly secured and protected
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Class A required) Clean driving record OTR experience preferred Ability to stay on the road for extended periods Strong time management and communication skills Ability to work independently
Schedule:
Full-time OTR routes (home time varies based on routes and schedule)
Pay:
Competitive pay (% of load, based on experience) How to
