Landscape Installation & Maintenance Crew Member

Join a West Hartford landscape company that actually invests in its crews. Moscarillo's is hiring experienced Landscape Installation & Maintenance Crew Members for the 2026 season. If you take pride in your work, know your way around plants and equipment, and want to be part of a crew that gets the job done right — we want to hear from you. What you'll do: Install and maintain trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials Build new beds, grade, mulch, and handle removals Operate motorized edgers, string trimmers, sod cutters, and other tools of the trade Work as part of a crew on residential and commercial properties across the Farmington Valley. What we're looking for: Minimum 2 years of hands-on landscape experience (this is not an entry-level or summer college role) Working knowledge of planting and basic horticulture Comfortable operating standard landscape equipment Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Valid CT driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable driving with a trailer (1+ year preferred) 18 years or older Reliable transportation to our West Hartford yard Willing and able to pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent preferred What we offer: Competitive hourly pay ($21-$28 based on experience) Health insurance Simple IRA retirement plan Paid time off Overtime opportunities Career growth and ongoing training A long-tenured crew and a steady March-December season

Schedule:
