Landscape Laborer

Your hands-on work will help create inviting landscapes that enhance property value and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and excavators safely and effectively Support installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls by preparing sites and assisting skilled tradespeople Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, watering, and snow plowing during seasonal changes Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and assisting with repairs Support overall landscape maintenance including gardening tasks, soil preparation, mulching, and debris removal to ensure pristine outdoor spaces Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in landscaping and construction environments Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance preferred Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely; familiarity with equipment like excavators is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant health, pruning techniques, and tree care practices Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols consistently Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and snow plowing Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods Join us in creating stunning landscapes that inspire!
