Part-Time Position Overview Ian's Landscaping is looking for a hardworking and dependable Groundsman/Laborer to join our landscaping team. This position helps maintain residential and commercial properties by performing lawn care, landscaping, and general outdoor labor tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, works well with a team, and is willing to learn landscaping skills and equipment operation. Responsibilities Mow lawns, trim edges, and weed flower beds Assist with landscape installation projects Operate landscaping equipment such as weed eaters, blowers, hedge trimmers, and lawn mowers Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Clean up debris and maintain job site appearance Assist crew leader with daily tasks as needed Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal Qualifications Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong teamwork and communication skills Valid driver's license preferred or reliable transportation Willingness to learn and follow instructions Work Schedule Thursday-Saturday Typical shifts range from 7:30am to 5:30 pm

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
