Landscape Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping and maintenance of the company's tools/ equipment. Duties Perform general landscaping tasks including mulching, edging garden beds, spreading rock, assisting in detailed tasks. Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Collaborate with team members to build landscape features according to design specifications. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials on-site. Requirements Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of mechanical systems related to landscaping equipment is a plus. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with gardening techniques and plant care is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license may be required for transportation of equipment between job sites. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, hardscaping, and maintenance tasks.
