Landscape Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep lawns healthy and vibrant Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree care, shrubbery trimming, and garden bed upkeep Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, edging, and installing landscape features Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and installing features like patios or walkways Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and assisting with system adjustments Help with general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to keep work areas safe and organized Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision Experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree trimming, mowing, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols at all times Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in construction and landscape care Valid driver's license is required This role is paid and offers an excellent pathway to grow your expertise in landscaping, construction support, horticulture, and outdoor maintenance.
