Landscape Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a willingness to learn and develop skills in areas such as groundskeeping, tree care, and hardscape installation. Responsibilities Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers while ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place. Maintain gardens by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing as needed. Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various landscaping equipment. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed. A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality landscape aesthetics. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. You need to have a validate driver's test and be able to drive our company trucks.
