Landscape Laborer

Overview Landscape laborer Responsibilities Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, tree care, and hardscape construction such as patios and walkways Use hand tools and power tools safely, install irrigation systems, hardscapes like retaining walls and paver patios Operate equipment such as tractors for digging or grading tasks under supervision Conduct landscape maintenance activities including, mulching, and seasonal snow plowing to ensure year-round site upkeep Maintain a clean work site by removing debris and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use 40 hours PTO available after trial period. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Prior experience or interest in landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, preferred but not required Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but training will be provided Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions. We are sometimes lifting up to 80lb blocks. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and maintenance tasks Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
