Landscape Laborer

Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various landscaping tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance garden aesthetics. Maintain grounds by removing debris, leaves, and litter to ensure a clean environment. Operate power tools and equipment safely to perform tasks such as digging and snow plowing. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete landscape projects efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship in all landscaping tasks. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required. Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of lawn care practices and groundskeeping techniques. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and gardening practices. Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration on projects.
