Landscape Laborer

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves assisting with a variety of landscaping projects, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and tree trimming. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, utilizing your mechanical knowledge, hand tools, and power tools to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as excavators for various construction and landscaping projects. Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, watering, and Christmas Light Installation during winter months. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and beauty. Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing necessary repairs. Assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, and routine maintenance to uphold safety standards and project quality. Experience Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued. Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, gardening, and horticulture practices. Mechanical knowledge of equipment such as excavators, and various power tools is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in outdoor environments. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning enhances your versatility on the job site. Experience with irrigation systems or hardscape installation adds valuable skills to your profile.
