Branham Outdoor Services is looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead to join our team. This is a leadership role responsible for managing daily routes, leading a crew, and ensuring high-quality service across residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

Drive a company box truck daily Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, and blowing Oversee and assist with landscape enhancement work such as mulch, pine straw, pruning, and small landscape projects Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards Maintain clear communication with team members and management

Work Structure:

Approximately 75% landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing) Approximately 25% landscape enhancements (mulch, pine straw, pruning, small projects)

Requirements:

Prior landscaping experience is required Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid driver's license Ability to operate landscaping equipment Strong work ethic and reliability This is not an entry-level position

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
