Experienced Landscape Crew Leader (Full-Time) Sacco Landscaping LLC is a growing, professional landscape company seeking a reliable and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can manage a crew efficiently in the field. Position Overview The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing daily job sites, managing crew members, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a small landscape crew Perform and oversee: Lawn mowing and maintenance Mulching and bed preparation Pruning and shrub trimming Spring & fall cleanups Planting and lawn installations Operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment Ensure quality control on all job sites Communicate with customers in a professional manner Track jobs and time using company CRM app Perform routine equipment maintenance and inspections Requirements Minimum 2 years landscaping experience (required) Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain) Ability to operate commercial landscape equipment safely Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Must be honest, dependable, and take pride in your work Ability to pass background check What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement in a fast-growing company Consistent full-time work during the season Top performers move into winter roles (snow plowing & ice management) Work for a company that invests in equipment and takes pride in quality work
