Landscape Sales/Business developer

H&H Contractors is seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven Landscape Design/Salesperson to help our clients transform their outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional areas. Position is responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling outdoor services to existing and new commercial clients. This includes establishing relationships via calls, visits, events and organizations; recommending services; creating value for the client; selling services for grounds and snow services; work with operations to ensure client satisfaction; prepare proposals and client presentations; meet established sales goals Meet with clients to assess their landscaping needs and vision, providing expert advice on design options. Create detailed landscape designs, including plant selection, hardscaping features, and 2D/3D plans. Provide detailed project proposals and cost estimates. Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships through excellent customer service. Close sales and coordinate with the installation team to ensure designs are executed to perfection. Stay up-to-date with landscaping trends, materials, and technologies. Deliver exceptional customer service from the first consultation to project completion.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Snow & Ice management, landscape design, sales, or related fields preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of landscaping plants, materials, and design principles. Ability to create detailed designs and estimates. Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. A passion for outdoor design and creating beautiful spaces. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Why Join Us?
