What You'll Do Deliver precise lawn maintenance on commercial and residential properties Build and renovate landscapes and softscapes to client specifications Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, plow trucks, and trailers Install drainage solutions that protect properties long-term Provide snow removal services with efficiency and reliability Communicate clearly with clients on site and coordinate with your crew What We're Looking For 3 to 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience Valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and consistent, professional communication How It Works Send your resume or a brief introduction to get started We'll reach out to schedule a quick 15-minute phone call If it's a fit, we'll invite you in for an in-person meeting The process is straightforward.
