Landscape/Hardscape Laborer

The Landscape Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform mowing and lawn care tasks to maintain healthy grass and landscapes. Assist in landscape maintenance activities, including planting, weeding, and mulching. Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers. Operate power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is required. Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus. Ability to operate power tools safely; training will be provided as needed. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
