We are looking for a hard working, team player to join our Golf & Grounds department. River Landing at Sandy Ridge is a continuing care retirement community and golf course located in the heart of North Carolina's Triad Region. Job Duties:

Repairs and maintains grounds and equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, using hand and power tools. Maintains access by removing debris from all building entrances. Cuts and trims grass as directed. Prunes trees and shrubs as directed. Maintain landscaped areas as designed. Replaces damaged or dead plants as directed Help install new equipment and machinery. Performs routine preventative maintenance checks on monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis. May be on call as needed. Assist in other tasks as directed by supervisor. What's for You?
