Landscaper / laborer

Duties Installation of irrigation, sod, decorative rock, bark, plants, pavers, fencing, and other lanscaping installations. Use hand tools and power tools for planting, pruning, and landscape installation projects. Assist with landscape construction projects such as installing hardscape features like patios or walkways. Operate equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems to support landscape development and maintenance. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and tree planting to promote safety and aesthetic appeal. Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and watering to ensure vibrant plant health. Support seasonal tasks like blowouts, aerating, dethatching, snow plowing during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping. Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems is a plus. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning is desirable. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, hardscape installation, and maintenance tasks. Prior construction or snow plowing experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
