Job Description

We're hiring! We're hiring a hands‐on Crew Leader to run landscape construction jobs, maintain quality, and lead a small crew.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise crews; keep sites safe and organized
  • Operate excavators, skid steers, and related equipment
  • Experience in landscaping and hardscaping
  • Read landscape plans and execute installation
Requirements:
  • Proven landscape construction experience
  • Able to operate and maintain equipment; knowledge of site prep
  • Valid driver's license; able to drive truck + trailer
  • Reliable leadership and good communication Skills preferred:
  • Hydraulic license
