Landscaping Crew Member

Wildflower Landscapers is a landscape installation company. We focus on new construction and landscape renovation projects with a few odd jobs sprinkled in to keep things interesting. We do hardscapes, new lawns, plantings, and excavation. While this is the construction industry, we work in the service industry for our customers, and professionalism is very important. Experience in construction and or Landscaping Installations required. 2-3 years minimum. Pay based on experience. Bi-annual performance reviews.

Daily equipment maintenance Skid steer and excavator operation Installing rock Installing plants Material delivery Demolition Customer feedback & walk thrus Grading Retaining wall installs Patio installs Daily time tracking of job specific items.
