Landscaping Foreman/Team Member

Absolute Outdoor Services is an established yet quickly growing, locally owned, full-service lawn care and landscaping company looking to add new team members for the upcoming season. As our company grows, we are looking to hire hard-working, individuals with experience in softscape and hardscape installation.

Duties:

• Complete landscaping tasks including general lawn and landscape maintenance, weeding, pruning, mulching, planting, building retaining walls, paver patios, water features.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a wide variety of weather conditions.
• Perform additional tasks as needed in all service areas of Absolute Outdoor Services.
• Uphold the values of Absolute Outdoor Services, which include; quality, safety, integrity, leadership, teamwork, innovation, and family.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (Class A CDL preferred but not manadatory)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to operate landscape specific tools and equipment
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills
• A willingness to learn and develop new skill sets
• Strong work ethic and punctuality Experience in landscaping in a must!
