Landscaping Supervisor/ Crew Member

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes with attention to details. This role involves various tasks related to landscape and lawn care maintenance, ensuring that properties are kept in pristine condition throughout the year, and supervising/ motivating crew members on job sites. Duties Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to maintain neat and tidy appearances. landscape rocks, soil, bricks, & mulch Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, or pathways using hand tools. Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Supervision/ management of crew members Experience Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and equipment is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently is essential. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team are crucial for success in this role. Leadership or supervision roles.
