$18.00 / hour Job Description Laser Cutting Machine Operator / Technician ? High Point, NC We are seeking an experienced Laser Cutting Machine Operator / Technician to join our shop in High Point. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing laser cutting machines to support high-quality metal fabrication work. Key Responsibilities Operate and manage laser cutting machines in a production environment Load raw material sheets and unload finished laser-cut parts Change and maintain laser cutting head components Make machine adjustments to optimize cutting quality and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform basic metalworking and quality inspections Follow all safety and shop procedures Qualifications Previous experience operating laser cutting machines (required) Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of basic metalworking shop practices and inspections Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team #LIND26
