Laser Operator

We are a job shop that has been in business since 1978. We have an immediate day-shift full-time position available for a laser operator.

Job Description:

Operate & maintain CNC fiber laser cutting machine Deburr laser cut parts Must be able to adjust parameters as necessary to improve cut Will be responsible for all aspects of machine including maintenance Fill out material and time requisitions Must be able to operate forklift to load/unload machine Will be required to assist in other fabrication processes & shop-keeping when needed

Skills & Qualifications Required:

2 years previous laser machine experience Set up & adjust equipment as needed for job Read drawings & measure with calipers and tape measure (1/32") Good attention to detail Must have current driver license & reliable transportation Must be able to work independently & with other team members Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
