• Precision Manufacturing We are seeking a skilled Laser Table Operator to support high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience operating laser cutting systems who values precision, efficiency, and maintaining tight tolerances. You'll work with advanced equipment alongside a team focused on performance, safety, and continuous improvement. This position is primarily shop-based, with minimal travel required. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor laser table equipment to cut materials to exact specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy Adjust machine settings to optimize quality, efficiency, and material usage Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting Track production output and identify opportunities to improve workflow and reduce waste Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred Experience operating laser tables or similar CNC-controlled equipment Strong blueprint and fabrication drawing interpretation skills Knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and material handling Solid mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability High attention to detail and commitment to quality control Reliable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in a production environment Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience and skill level Overtime opportunities available Potential for long-term growth and advancement
