Lattice Boom Crane Operator

Lattice Boom Crane Operator We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Lattice Boom Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating lattice boom crawler cranes on heavy civil, industrial or commercial construction projects. Responsibilities Safely operate lattice boom cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment Perform daily crane inspections and routine maintenance checks Interpret load charts and follow lift plans Work closely with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors Maintain compliance with OSHA, NCCCO, and company safety standards Assist with setup, teardown, and jobsite support activities as needed Operate equipment efficiently while maintaining safe work practices Qualifications NCCCO certification preferred (LBC/LAT) Minimum 3 years of lattice boom crane operating experience Ability to read and understand load charts and rigging procedures Valid driver's license Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement/401(k) options Career advancement opportunities Apply Today Qualified candidates should submit their resume and certifications to operator@dcr-usa.com for immediate consideration.
