We are looking for part time laundry person shifts can very from 10 am to 6 pm or night laundry from 6 pm to finish, other days will vary. The laundry attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding and distributing all soiled linen and towels. Keeping room tidy! Physical requirements 8 hours Exerting up to 50 pounds of lifting, carrying, pulling and moving objects Ability to stand entire shift General requirements Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Must be effective at listing to, understanding and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests. Must be able to multitask and prioritize Wash and dry all dirty linens, towels and rags Sort all hotel linen accordingly Pre-treat all stained linen before washing Clean dryer filter daily and maintain all equipment Fold towels and linen Keep laundry carts clean and free of debris maintain clean work area
