Laundry Attendant

The Hotel Housekeeping Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring the proper process of cleaning linens. Essential Functions:

Perform daily cleaning duties in the laundry room. Sort, load, and unload washing/drying machines. Fold linen and stack appropriately for proper storage. Store and utilize the proper chemicals for the washers. Safely and properly handle dirty linen. Remove all trash and debris from laundry room into dumpster and/or trash compactor. Notify maintenance in a timely manner of any equipment issues.

Required:

Knowledge or ability to learn proper use of hazardous cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment. Effective interpersonal communication skills.
