Lavender planting help on our small family farm. This is an outdoor, hands-on opportunity . No prior experience is required — we'll show you exactly what to do.

Approx. 4 hours (likely between 4 PM - 8 PM, depending on weather conditions)

Location:

Ellicott City, MD What you'll be doing: Planting lavender seedlings Light digging and placing plants Basic field work (simple, repetitive tasks)

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors (sun, wind, uneven ground) Able to do light physical work (bending, kneeling, walking) Reliable and on time

Compensation:

$20 per hour Paid at the end of the day This is a great fit if you enjoy being outside, working with your hands, and supporting a small local farm. If interested, please message with your availability.

Additional Opportunities:

For those interested in continuing after the planting day, there may be ongoing opportunities for tasks such as weeding, lawn mowing, and general farm maintenance. As we have ongoing work at the farm, please do not come directly to the farm. We first conduct a short online interview with all candidates before proceeding with hiring. Thanks!
