Now, we're seeking Full-Time Code Enforcement Officers in the Bowman, SC area to help ensure safe, vibrant, and thriving communities. What you'll do Patrol assigned areas with the team and monitor vendor activity for compliance with city/county codes. Educate vendors on permit requirements and applicable regulations. Issue warnings, notices of violation, and citations as appropriate. Respond to community complaints regarding vendor activity in a professional manner. Document inspections and enforcement actions, including reports and photos. Collaborate with teammates, local law enforcement, health departments, and city officials as needed. What we're looking for 2+ years of experience in Code Enforcement or Law Enforcement. Certification as a Code Enforcement Officer (or ability to obtain). PC 832 (or equivalent law enforcement certification). Strong communication skills (oral & written). Ability to work in the field and interact with the public. Why Join Willdan?
