Irvine, CA Job Details $26.00 - $27.50 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description Some college coursework in Human Services, Criminal Justice, Psychology, related field or commensurate work experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Successful completion of a vetting process with the Police Department; includes a thorough background investigation, required. One year of experience in counseling or professional client support position in a domestic violence agency and/or program setting preferred. Experience working with law enforcement. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Complete the 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocate certification training post-hire. Prospective employees must pass a background screening to the satisfaction of the agency prior to placement.
