Hybrid - 2-3 Days in Office/week Overview Established healthcare services company seeking experienced healthcare arbitration counsel to lead an active managed care and payer dispute involving AAA arbitration, discovery strategy, motion practice, hearing preparation, and settlement negotiations. Extensive factual development, evidence review, chronology work, exhibit organization, and preliminary legal analysis have already been completed. The successful candidate will focus primarily on arbitration strategy, discovery, motion practice, hearing preparation, and dispute resolution. Responsibilities Lead arbitration strategy and case development Draft arbitration demands, motions, and briefs Develop discovery strategy Analyze audit and overpayment findings Prepare witnesses and exhibits Conduct settlement negotiations Coordinate experts and outside resources Advise leadership regarding dispute resolution strategy Preferred Experience AAA Arbitration Healthcare Litigation Managed Care Disputes Provider-Payer Disputes Healthcare Audits Administrative Proceedings SIU Investigations Medicaid or Medicare Managed Care Qualifications J.D.
