Job Description
EA Family Services, a nonprofit organization serving communities throughout Northern California, is seeking a Part-Time Transporter to join our Yuba City team. We are dedicated to providing safe, supportive homes for foster youth and helping young adults successfully transition to independence. Position Overview As a Transporter, you will play an important role in supporting foster youth by providing safe and reliable transportation to family visits, court appointments, school-related activities, and other designated destinations. This position may also include monitoring visits and maintaining clear, accurate documentation of interactions and activities. Responsibilities Transport foster youth to scheduled visits, appointments, court hearings, and other activities Ensure the safety and well-being of youth during transportation Monitor visits as assigned Complete timely, accurate, and professional documentation Communicate effectively with agency staff, caregivers, and service providers Maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of driving experience Clean driving record Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records Strong communication and organizational skills Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends Must successfully obtain DOJ, FBI, and CAIC clearances Compensation $16.90 per hour About EA Family Services EA Family Services is committed to strengthening families and supporting youth through compassionate, community-based services.
