We work alongside a network of physicians and attorneys to provide objective, neutral medicolegal expertise throughout the evaluation and reporting process. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Case Manager Supervisor to join our growing team. This role combines case management, legal coordination, and team leadership responsibilities. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Preferred Qualifications Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred Prior experience in workers' compensation, personal injury, medical-legal, or litigation support environments Supervisory or management experience Requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace Professional written and verbal communication skills Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of remote case managers located overseas Monitor workflows, productivity, and quality standards to ensure timely case progression Process, review, and distribute medical records received from insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers Coordinate appointments and communicate with insurance carriers, law firms, physicians, and patients Review, finalize, and prepare physician reports for distribution Maintain and organize internal databases and case management systems Identify workflow issues and collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards Serve as a primary point of contact for internal staff, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing both case-related tasks and team members. They thrive in a structured environment, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and are committed to maintaining exceptional service and accuracy.
