Incumbent would plan and direct the general business activities at a Correctional Facility, and supervise the work of the Business Office. Duties include monitoring the facilities appropriations, payroll, purchasing and receiving, and some personnel activities. Duties also include maintaining responsibility for the fiscal operations of the facility commissary, incarcerated accounts, and some mess hall services. Minimum Qualifications

Eligible List:
Either 1. one year of qualifying experience described in "1" above; Or 2. Two years of qualifying experience described in "2".Non-competitive minimum qualifications:
Seven years of experience in the administration of a business office or program with primary responsibility for all of the following areas: budgeting, personnel, and purchasing. This experience may be in one position or a combination of positions.Substitutions:
an associate's degree in a related field- can substitute for two years of specialized experience; a bachelor's degree in a related field
- can substitute for four years of experience; a master's degree in a related field
- can substitute for five years of experience; and a doctorate in a related field
- can substitute for six years of experience.
- Related fields: accounting, business administration, business management, economics, marketing, or public administration.
