Starting pay: 16.50 per hourPromotional opportunities availableKPERS retirementHealth, dental, vision and life insurance plans availableMust be 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GEDNo felony convictions or charges of domestic violencePrior corrections or equivalent law enforcement experience preferred but not required, willing to train the right candidate.
Uniforms and equipment providedShift work required, shifts are either 6:00am to 6:00pm or 6:00pm to 6:00am with every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
Overtime opportunities available.
