Job Description

Serving the citizens or Lincoln and Sagadahoc Counties If you are at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or its equivalent and are looking to start a career, then we want to talk to you! No experience required! All training will be provided by the facility.
Starting salary with no experience:
$27.02 per hour. Annual longevity increases​ Additional salary increases: $.25 per hour for an Associate's Degree $.50 per hour for a Bachelor's Degree $.25 per hour SRT member incentive Ask us about our military incentive TBRJ offers up to 100% educational reimbursement.
Other benefits include:
90% paid health insurance (family, single or employee w/children) $200 a month additional benefit to be used to purchase dental, life insurance, income protection, 457 retirement plans, vision insurance and more… 13 Paid holidays. If you are required to work a holiday you will receive one and a half times your hourly rate for each hour worked in addition to eight hours of holiday pay at your regular hourly rate. Earned leave time that accrues from the date of hire with the following increases: Up to 5 years of continuous service: 160 hours per year After 5 years of continuous service: 200 hours per year After 10 years of continuous service: 240 hours per year After 15 years of continuous service: 280 hours per year Retirement options Maine State Retirement (25-year retirement at 50 percent of your salary) 457 retirement plan with up to an 8% match Social Security Staff meals Onsite physical fitness facilities Applicants will be required to: Successfully submit an application, either in person, email, or through mail Pass an onsite physical agility test Pass an onsite oral board interview Pass a background investigation, polygraph, and medical screening
