Experience or background in law enforcement, military service, or security roles that demonstrate discipline and authority. Excellent conflict management skills to handle tense situations calmly and professionally. Ability to write clear, detailed reports that document incidents accurately. Familiarity with security protocols and procedures within correctional environments. Effective communication skills to interact with inmates, staff, visitors, and emergency responders.
