Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Correctional Officers. As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security within correctional facilities.Duties:
- Supervise and manage inmates within the facility
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline
- Conduct regular inspections of cells and common areas
- Escort inmates within the facility
- Respond to emergencies and incidents as needed
- Write detailed reports on incidents and daily activities
- Monitor CCTV cameras for surveillance purposes
Skills:
- Proficient in report writing to document incidents accurately
- Military experience or militarized training is beneficial
- Possession of relevant certificates or willingness to obtain them
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures
- Familiarity with operating CCTV systems
- Strong conflict management skills
- Background in law enforcement is advantageous As a Correctional Officer, you will be part of a critical team responsible for maintaining order and ensuring the safety of all individuals within the correctional facility.
