Job Description
Description As a CT Assistant at UCLA Health, you'll be an essential member of a high-performing imaging team, helping deliver exceptional patient care in one of the nation's leading academic medical centers. Working alongside CT technologists, interventional radiologists, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff, you'll play a key role in keeping patient care running safely and efficiently from start to finish. In this dynamic role, you'll prepare CT suites for routine and advanced imaging procedures, transport and position patients, maintain equipment and supplies, support workflow management, and help create a safe, organized environment for both patients and staff. You'll also assist during complex CT-guided interventional procedures—including biopsies, drain placements, and tumor ablations—by preparing sterile fields, supporting patient positioning, managing specialized equipment, and ensuring procedural supplies are ready when needed. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every day brings something new, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while gaining valuable experience in advanced imaging and minimally invasive procedures.
