$15/hour Join Our Team as a Courtyard Monitor! Are you someone who enjoys the outdoors, meaningful conversations, and making a positive impact in the lives of others? Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and attentive Courtyard Monitor to support our residents in a safe and welcoming outdoor environment. This is a great opportunity to start a career in healthcare. No prior experience is required—training will be provided! What You'll Do Supervise residents during outdoor and designated smoking activities Provide a calm, friendly presence while spending time outdoors with residents Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment Observe and report behavioral or mood changes to nursing staff Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Remain attentive and engaged during extended outdoor periods Follow facility safety policies and resident supervision guidelines What We're Looking For Friendly, patient, and dependable personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods Ability to remain attentive and alert throughout the shift High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required No prior experience necessary—training provided!
