Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is looking for a compassionate and dependable Courtyard Monitor to support our residents in a relaxed, supportive environment. This is a great opportunity to start a career in healthcare— no prior experience required, we'll train you!

What You'll Do:

Supervise residents during outdoor and designated smoking activities Provide a calm, friendly presence while sitting outdoors with residents Ensure a safe and supportive environment at all times Observe and report behavioral or mood changes to nursing staff Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Remain attentive and engaged during extended outdoor periods

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and dependable personality Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods High school diploma or GED preferred (not required) No experience needed— training provided
